SHIPPING TERMS

Farmacia Campoamor works together with different mail services in order to guarantee the fullfilment of shipping conditions and at the same time to give the client different options.

National transportation service is carried out by:

- PICK-UP IN STORE (medicines and parapharmacy products). Estimated delivery time: 24 h

- NACEX with Temperature Monitoring before 12.00h (medicines and parapharmacy products). Estimated delivery time: before 12.00h of following working day

- NACEX with Temperature Monitoring before 19.00h (medicines and parapharmacy products). Estimated delivery time: before 19.00h of following working day

ZONE: BALEARIC ISLANDS

SHIPPING AGENCIES:

- NACEX with Temperature Monitoring before 19.00h (medicines and parapharmacy). Estimated delivery time: before 19.00h of following working day

ZONE: EUROPEAN UNION

SHIPPING AGENCIES:

- FEDEX INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY (only parapharmacy products, medicines are excluded by Law). Estimated delivery time: 1-3 working days.

SHIPPING AND ORDER MANAGEMENT

Farmacia Campoamor guarantees that orders processed with NACEX are shipped the same day (if the order is processed during a working day; if processed during a no working day, it will be processed the next avalable working day) if orders are processed before 3 pm (without any stock error). Orders processed with FedEx or TNT are shipped the same day (if the order is processed during a working day; if processed during a no working day, it will be processed the next avalable working dayl) if orders are processed before 9 am (without any stock error).

SHIPPING COSTS

Farmacia Campoamor only applies the costs establishe by the mail service. Shipping costs depend on the type of service, on the weight of the package (or its volume) and on the destination address.

The system applies mail service costs depending on the fianl weight of the order and on the destination address. If you change your order from your confirmation order page, in terms of quantity of the product, costs might change, as the weight changes.

If you wish to know shipping costs of your order, you can log in and the system will shoe you right before completing the payment or, if you prefer, you can contact us by phone and we will inform you immediately.

FREE SHIPPING ORDERS

This promotion applies only to orders that are more than 100€ in over the counter products, medications price excluded (medications are in the Medications cathegory and they have in their description the EU logo, demonstrating that it is an ecommerce legal website). Shipping is free in cases of 9.5 kg orders inside peninsular Spain with Natex 19h and 9.7 kg peninsular orders with TNT. The promotion does not include shipping costs value and all the products that are medications.
