RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE*

Broken or incomplete order

If you receive a defective item or wrong item, because of an error in the order, attributable to Farmacia Campoamor®, it can be returned by means of transport chosen by you to FARMACIA CAMPOAMOR, Av. de las Adelfas, 45, urb. Dehesa de Campoamor, CP 03189, Orihuela Costa (Alicante) Spain. Previously you must send an email to contacto@farmaciacampoamor.com with your full name, email address and phone number, reference, name and value of each of the products to be returned, and reason for the return, you have to report this incident within 24 hours after the receipt, so we can then proceed to carry out the change of the article. In this case, please do not use or handle by no means defective or wrong product.

If the product arrived in poor condition because of transportation, the user should indicate this in delivery note and send an email to contacto@farmaciacampoamor.com with the mentioned data (full name, email address and phone number, reference, name and value of each of the products to be returned, and reason for the return), you have to report this incident within 24 hours after the receipt. After this period Farmacia Campoamor® will not take responsible for any claims for this reason.

The deadline for return of defective products and incorrect shipments will be 14 calendar days from the date of the receipt of shipment. The return of these defective or wrong products will be cost-free for the user, including the costs of previous shipment (with the exception of additional costs arising from user’s choice of a different mode of delivery to the least expensive type of our standard delivery offer).

Return an order

You are entitled to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without justification. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the goods.

In order to comply the withdrawal period it is sufficient that the communication concerning the exercise by you of this right is sent before the expiry of the deadline.

Consequence of withdrawal: if the withdrawal is from your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a different mode of delivery to the least expensive type of our standard delivery offer), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date you inform us of your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such refund using the same payment method used by you in the initial transaction. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the product or products, or until you have submitted proof of returning them in proper condition, whichever is the earliest.

Procedure of return because of withdrawal

If the purchased product does not convince you, you may request the withdrawal of the same. To do this, you must ensure that a series of prerequisites are met before we can process and accept its return. In the case of returns because of withdrawal, the customer shall bear the shipping costs that generate that process.

First: the withdrawal must be made within FOURTEEN CALENDAR DAYS from receipt, without the need to give the reasons.

Second: the consumer is responsible for the value decline of the goods resulting from handling them differently as necessary to establish its nature, so the product must be in PERFECT CONDITION, with its ORIGINAL PACKAGING and without damage, necessarily to be accompanied by ALL ACCESSORIES.

Third: for reasons of protection of health and hygiene, the right of withdrawal cannot be applied to products which may deteriorate or expire rapidly, or are sealed and are not suitable for return for reasons of protection of health or hygiene and which were unsealed after delivery. In any case no refunds will be processed for food, degradable products or items that require special storage conditions in order to assure its integrity (such as food, personal care products, cosmetics and other decaying products with similar characteristics).

Forth: by Spanish Law it is forbiden to return any type of product considered as medicine. Consumers have the right to return the medicine and have the complete refund of the purchase if the delivery time is over 50% of the established delivery time in case they are not responsible of this delay.

Likewise, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to goods made according to customer's specifications or customized.

The returned item will not be replaced by other articles unless in the case of defective products or incorrect shipments.

Before accepting the return Farmacia Campoamor® will always check whether these conditions are met. No return, that does not meet these conditions, will be accepted; in this case the product is shipped back to the customer.

Time limit for the return and refund of the amount

The return period is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of shipment. The product must be in perfect condition in its original packaging and with accessories and gifts included where appropriate. After checking the status of the product, and a maximum of 14 calendar days, Farmacia Campoamor® will proceed to the refund of the amount of product in the same payment method as used by the customer.

Steps to follow

If your order meets the conditions for a refund, just follow the instructions below:

Step 1

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you shall notify your decision of return and send an email to contacto@farmaciacampoamor.com with your full name, complete address, and, if available, your phone and fax number and email address. You must also report the order number, date of purchase, the product you want to return and reason for return. You may use the withdrawal form that is provided through the following LINK, although its use is not mandatory.

Farmacia Campoamor® will send you by email in a numbered "return form", completed with the data that you provided to us. Simply print it out and attach it to the product to be returned. Any return that comes to us without the return form will not be accepted.

Step 2 

You should return it via courier or postal service to Altosoto Salud S.L.U., Avenida Monforte de Lemos, 168, 7-1, C.P. 28029, Madrid (España). The products will be shipped by you, without undue delay and in any case no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package (the product takeover). The deadline is met if you send back the goods before that this period of 14 days has expired.

Except shipping errors or other causes attributable to Farmacia Campoamor®, the user must bear the direct cost of returning the product. Farmacia Campoamor® will not accept any returns with unpaid shipping.

The returned product must be properly packaged and protected with wrapping paper or similar and enclose the "return document" previously given by Farmacia Campoamor®.

Step 3 Refund

After checking the status of the product, Farmacia Campoamor® will proceed to the refund of the amount of product in the same payment method as used by the customer. The deadline to return the amounts will be 14 calendar days.

In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including, where appropriate, the costs of delivery (unless the consumer or user has explicitly selected a delivery mode other than the least expensive type of standard delivery, in which case no such additional costs derived therefrom shall be paid) without undue delay.

Nevertheless, the refund will be withheld until we will receive the products in the correct state in our store, or until you have submitted proof of returning the goods in proper condition, whichever condition is met first.

If the product will not meet the conditions for a refund, it shall not be paid and we will contact you to indicate it and to proceed to its return in the same condition in which you had sent it to us.

Additional Provisions for returns of International orders outside the EU, in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Gibraltar

If you want to cancel the order, you must inform us within 24 hours since you place it, since in this interval may be already traveling and it is not always possible to stop the sending. If your order has already been shipped, you should collect your order when it is delivered and contact us no later than 14 days from the date of receipt.

The refund of amount will be made in the same form in which it was paid.

Products must be returned unused, with all attached labels and original packaging in good condition. The actual state of the product will be considered before making refund.

Both return costs such as customs charges and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of making a return, the customer will bear the cost of sending the items to be returned, as well as customs charges generated by such return. All such expenses will be deducted from the refund of the amount of the returned products.

If not accepting the delivery of an order, the customer will bear the costs incurred by return of such order to the warehouse, both postage and all customs charges. If return costs are greater than the value of the returned goods, we will charge the remaining balance in the same way as the original payment.
